Geoff Petherick, together with Synergy Housing, wants to convert it into a youth centre should it receive the go-ahead. Mr Petherick said a permanent base for the youth group would be ideal. He explained: “I’ve been chairman of the youth centre for around six years. It was held at All Saints School, then two churches and two community centres.”
