Unite and Unison members voted four-to-one to reject the deal, paving the way for more strikes. Union officials confirmed they will meet today (Thursday, August 11) to agree further industrial action. Council leader Royston Smith said: "I’m disappointed. They [the unions] know we can’t go further, there is no more money."

Worker absenteeism, time and attendance and clocking issues are all covered by the WinTA Enterprise multi-user, networked system intended for larger companies from Time and Attendance Southern. Standard reports include a Weekly Clock Card, Payroll Summary and Absence Summary. Among the numerous extra features that can be implemented on your time and attendance system is Annualised Hours. Here you can keep track of time worked throughout the year by a particular employee. WinTA Enterprise operates both the T32xx and T256x clocking stations and can record employee details for an unlimited number of people.
